Using the Project Management Institute (PMI) principals and with PMP certified program managers, EML works to exceed client expectations and ensure project success. Our complete program management and implementation process includes a six-phase process designed to cover everything from beginning to end. 

From fully defining the details of your program to project plan creation, process flows and kick-off meetings, our program managers take you through every step of the process. Weekly calls are held to discuss deliverables and timelines, and all clients sign off on their program prior to going live to their customer base. Testing in both a simulated and live environment will take place to ensure program launch success. After project completion, clients are handed off to their customer success manager and client support.

REPORTING

Today’s consumers are bombarded with digital ads, and the only way to stand out is to create targeted, timely offers. With EML’s optional reporting features, which enable you to drill down to the merchant level, you can gain invaluable insights into your customers’ shopping preferences and spending habits. You can then use this information to create tailor-made offers and ad campaigns.

EML provides each client with real-time reporting on their card program that can be used beyond basic financial reconciliation. We provide transaction reports, financial reports and merchant reports. EML’s custom loop technology provides you reporting functionality unavailable elsewhere, supplying you with the tools to create the most efficient and effective program possible. Reports can be accessed online via our encrypted and password-protected website. Reports are then easily exported to Microsoft Excel.

SUPPLIER ENABLEMENT

Our supplier enablement team provides comprehensive guidance for supplier payment clients. From recommendations on supplier segmentation and enrollment strategies that maximizes supplier conversion, to tailored marketing collateral and messaging, EML creates a unique and lasting partnership with each client.
