EML is looking for a Content Strategist to produce strategic high-quality collateral, blogs, product flyers, case studies, web content, press releases, emails, PowerPoints, and whitepapers used in various B2B sales and marketing campaigns. 

As the go-to writer and content creator on the marketing team, you will be instrumental in lead generation efforts by crafting concise and engaging call-to-action copy that drives conversions in the B2B space. You will collaborate daily with designers, digital strategists, sales, program management, IT and executives to develop compelling content that accurately represents the EML brand and payment card solutions. We’re looking for a candidate who likes to think strategically about content consumption and wants to develop holistic content strategies for various digital marketing channels. 

The ideal candidate is someone who is equally as passionate about writing copy as they are about measuring and analyzing the results of their work. This is a great opportunity for an experienced marketing writer to own content creation and content strategy, and help shape the voice of the EML brand. •    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or digital media
•    5-7 years professional experience in writing, editing and content creation
•    Awareness of B2B lead generation best practices and technology
•    Ability to build strategic content and messaging platforms and plans
•    Experience in SEO for keyword optimization and use
•    Experience using content management systems such as WordPress or SquareSpace
•    Experience using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo
•    Experience managing social media accounts
•    Well-versed in AP style

•    Produce high-quality blogs, news articles, social media posts, brochures, email campaigns that get results and are appropriate for their intended audiences
•    Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of EML payment solutions to create compelling content focusing on pain points, features and benefits
•    Create messaging strategies for various personas/target audiences
•    Manage ongoing content updates on website
•    Build social media strategies and manage posts in collaboration with designers
•    Collaborate closely with designers and other strategists
