The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for engaging qualified leads and setting sales appointments for EML’s Business Development team. This position is critical in driving business interest for EML. Duties of the Inside Sales Representative include: reviewing prospect information, locating decision-makers, getting past company gatekeepers, pre-qualifying prospects, and ultimately setting a phone or in-person appointment with a Director of Business Development.
The System Administrator/Desktop Support role is a combination of two separate areas of responsibility. The System Administrator role is responsible for daily operational tasks, after-hours support, building and maintaining all pieces of infrastructure equipment. The remainder of time will be spent in a Desktop Support role.

This position is responsible for researching and resolving issues reported by supported programs and technologies including shopping center employees, merchants and cardholders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The Sales Coordinator is the primary point of support for the business development team. This position is responsible for the overall administration of inbound and outbound leads, CRM system management and reporting, third-party vendor management, business development team accountability, marketing team collaboration, and managing sales processes and procedures.
