The Program Manager will have the responsibility of managing program integration and implementation projects and ensuring company resources are utilized appropriately. The Program Manager will be responsible for compiling project status reports, maintaining project schedules, facilitate project meetings, identify and resolve issues, and ensure tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the contract. The Program Manager will serve as principal point of contact and liaison between the internal groups and external relationships ensuring projects are fully executed and programs are launched into the market successfully.
The Application’s Analyst primary responsibility is to provide multi-tier support for all systems and applications in the Card Processing Environment (CPE). This position is also responsible for after-hours support of those same systems as part of the on-call rotation.
The Database Administrator reporting to the System Operations Manager will have responsibility for administering and growing our production card processing databases, including online transaction processing (OLTP), reporting, and data warehouse. The Database Administrator will be responsible for the health and welfare of our primary MS SQL Cluster, reporting databases, and data warehouse. She/he will direct the ongoing vision for our production database technologies, provide expert advice and mentorship to other staff members, and manage the database operations for a high availability transaction processing system.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for engaging qualified leads and setting sales appointments for EML’s Business Development team. This position is critical in driving business interest for EML. Duties of the Inside Sales Representative include: reviewing prospect information, locating decision-makers, getting past company gatekeepers, pre-qualifying prospects, and ultimately setting a phone or in-person appointment with a Director of Business Development.
The System Administrator/Desktop Support role is a combination of two separate areas of responsibility. The System Administrator role is responsible for daily operational tasks, after-hours support, building and maintaining all pieces of infrastructure equipment. The remainder of time will be spent in a Desktop Support role.
